Eligibility Criteria & Educational Requirements

Educational Qualification (as on 31 December 2025)

SBI Clerk Recruitment |  To be eligible for the SBI Junior Associate (Clerk) post, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

  • Those who are in their final year or semester of graduation can also apply provisionally.

    • However, you must produce proof of passing the graduation exam on or before 31 December 2025.

Note: Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) must ensure the passing date is before 31.12.2025 as well.

Language Proficiency Requirement

Since SBI Clerk jobs are state and region-specific, you must be proficient in the local language of the state/UT where you are applying. This includes:

  • In metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, etc., the gross monthly salary is approx. ₹46,000
